DE SOCIEDAD CIVIL DEMANDARON ANTE LOS 5 DE PARLAMENTARIOS DE JUNÍN CUMPLIR
COMPROMISOS DE LUCHA CONTRA LA CORRUPCIÓN <o:p></o:p></b></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify'>La Red de Ética
y Gobernabilidad de la región Junín abrió el I Encuentro de Trabajo Congresal
que se inició el lunes 26 en Huancayo con la presencia de los cinco
congresistas de la región, colocando en primer lugar la necesidad imperativa de
luchar contra la corrupción, un tema urgente que requiere un trabajo eficiente
y eficaz.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify'>La Lic.
Lucila Malpartida Álvarez, coordinadora de la Red de Ética fue la primera
representante de la sociedad civil en dirigirse a los congresistas para
demandar el cumplimiento del “Pacto Ético, Político y Democrático para un
Buen Gobierno” que fue firmado por los parlamentarios el pasado 13 de
junio. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify'>“Este
Pacto promueve compromisos para el desarrollo sostenible con equidad, por lo
que se reafirma el desarrollo humano integral, la vigencia de los derechos
humanos y la lucha contra la corrupción, deben ser el eje central de la labor
parlamentaria”, expresó Lucila Malpartida, ante el público asistente.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify'>Dentro de los
compromisos asumidos por los cinco congresistas se tiene la implementación de
una oficina congresal de enlace con atención permanente, desarrollar procesos
de rendición de cuentas, rechazar cualquier medida que favorezca la impunidad
de graves violaciones a derechos humanos y de corrupción, dar prioridad al
cumplimiento del Plan Integral de Reparaciones, entre otras.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify'>“No nos
vean a la sociedad civil como obstáculo a su labor parlamentaria, sino como
aliados estratégicos para el desarrollo de nuestra región; el trabajo vigilante
que realicemos sobre la función pública fortalecerá la institucionalidad
democrática y redundará en la calidad de vida de la población de la región
Junín”, enfatizó Malpartida Álvarez.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify'>Asimismo,
invitó al Grupo 5 de Parlamentarios y a los asistentes a sumarse a la Campaña
por la Imprescriptibilidad contra delitos de corrupción, señalando que
“es el primer paso que invitamos a dar para luchar frontalmente contra la
corrupción”. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify'>Luego de esta
presentación se iniciaron las intervenciones de los representantes de la
sociedad civil organizada quienes presentaron sus propuestas y demandaron
atención a sus necesidades, coincidiendo muchos de ellos con la tarea urgente
de luchar contra la corrupción.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:6.0pt;text-align:justify'>En el segundo
día, del “Diálogo Abierto con el Pueblo”, promovido por el Grupo 5
de parlamentarios de Junín, representantes de los gobiernos locales también
señalaron la importancia de luchar con la corrupción, un problema latente que
pone en riesgo el desarrollo de las provincias y de la región Junín.<o:p></o:p></p>
