De este total, 8 mil 212 funcionarios tendrían una responsabilidad administrativa, mientras que 2 mil 447, una responsabilidad penal.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:black'>Estas lamentables cifras se obtuvieron tras los 29 mil 405 informes de control practicados a 2 mil 369 entidades públicas.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:black'>“Espero que esta sea la primera de una serie de reuniones de trabajo que nos lleven a conseguir los elementos fundamentales para poder erradicar, o por lo menos disminuir, la corrupción que está imperando en este país. La Contraloría está trabajando puntualmente en todos los casos emblemáticos”, señaló Khoury tras culminar su presentación en la Comisión de Fiscalización.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:black'>Y son precisamente en los casos emblemáticos del pasado gobierno aprista donde abundan las irregularidades y faenones. Ahí tenemos el caso Sedapal, Estadio Nacional, EsSalud, los colegios emblemáticos, Agua para todos, Tren eléctrico, entre otros.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify'><strong><u><o:p><span style='text-decoration:none'> </span></o:p></u></strong></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify'><strong><u><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:black'>¿EL PERÚ AVANZÓ?</span></u></strong><o:p></o:p></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:black'>Quién no recuerda a Fernando Barrios, el ex presidente de EsSalud, y los jugosos soles que cobró como indemnización por un despido arbitrario que jamás existió. Según el contralor, Barrios cobró irregularmente 89 mil 938 soles, “a quien se le suspendió la acción civil en su contra tras devolver dicho monto”.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p style='mso-margin-top-alt:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify'><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Trebuchet MS","sans-serif";color:black'>Pero lo que no devolvió hasta ahora el expresidente de EsSalud fueron los 7 mil soles que cobró sin trabajar, pues se ausentó del país sin la respectiva autorización.
